    To return your purchased item, please ensure the item must be packed in its original box with all packaging, and returned within 15 calendar days at your expense.

    We order our merchandise to be available well before it appears on the web. However, we may sometimes experience greater than expected demand for an item or an unforeseen delay in shipment to us. Should an item be delayed, you will be immediately advised by mail of the shipping date. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays.
